The particular disposition of the pools, which are located in different areas of the campsite, makes Centro Vacanze Villaggio San Francesco a comfortable structure suitable for adults and children entertainment. The fine sandy beach with sloping seabed is perfect for families with little children.
Position: About 8 km from Caorle, 60 km from Venice
Beach: Fine sandy beach, characterized by a sloping seabed, free and equipped (parasols and sun beds for an extra cost), with direct access.
Pool: Four pools for children and for adults, with slides and water games, in different areas of the campsite, one pool is open the whole season, the others in rotation; one of the swimming pools is heated in low season, Centro Acquatico Garden, a water park with three swimming pools, two slides, Spray park and fitness center, available for free with parasols and sunbed at an extra cost and opened from June to September.
Animation and sporting activities: Mini club and activities for guests of all ages from the end of May to the beginning of September, playground. Available for an extra cost: tennis courts, 5-a-side football, volleyball, beach volleyball, basketball, bowls, mini-golf, table tennis, archery, inflatable playground, bike hire, paddle boat and canoe hire, sailing boat and kayak hire, windsurf and sup. Swimming school, tennis and kayak tours.
Bar and Restaurant: Three pizzeria/restaurants, including a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the sea, a “bacaro” with the typical “cicchetto veneziano”, take-away, bar, ice-cream parlour, yoghurt bar, beach bar.

Excluded Services:
Air conditioning: an additional charge of €5.00 per day, to be paid on site.
Deposit: €100.00 in cash, to be paid at the arrival.
Final cleaning: we kindly ask you to leave the mobile home clean and tidy; otherwise, €50.00 will be deducted from the deposit.
Tourist tax: depending on the municipality of the campsite (we recommend contacting the campsite directly for the rate).
Optional Extra Services:
If you don’t want to bring everything from home, you can book the following services up to 7 days before arrival, with payment at the campsite:
Double bed linen set: €20.00 per set.
Single bed linen set: €15.00 per set.
Towel set: €10.00 per set (includes one shower towel and one face towel).
Baby cot (without mattress): €3.00 per day.
High chair: €3.00 per day.
Please note that blankets and pillows are already provided in every accommodation.
Check-in and Check-out
Upon arrival, you will find the Happy Camp Reception and the Park Managers ready to assist you with check-in, key collection, and any requests. The reception's opening hours will be visible at the main Happy Camp desk.
For families and groups of friends wishing to book more than two mobile homes, we kindly ask you to contact us by email so we can check availability and confirm acceptance by the campsite.
We kindly invite young guests aged 18 to 25 to send us a request via email, allowing us to verify the possibility of admission by the campsite.
Minors are not allowed to stay alone and are only admitted if staying in the same mobile home with a parent or responsible adult, subject to prior request sent via email.
We are sorry, but your pets cannot join you on holiday.
